First TRAINING
Check our address on the website, travel options, schedule of activities, opening hours and plan your first training so that you can be in the club about 30 minutes before the planned start of the training. We encourage you to take advantage of the first free training. As part of the free training, you can use the gym, any activities and the SPA zone during one visit.

If you have any questions or doubts before the first training or you need help in choosing activities – phone us or write to us – we will be happy to provide you with all the necessary information so that you feel comfortable during your first visit to our club

Take comfortable exercise clothes, changeable sports shoes, a towel and water with you. It will also be needed an identity document with a photo in order to verify your data in our service system.
Remember that the reception, instructors and trainers are at your disposal. If you have doubts, don’t be afraid to ask.
At group activities, inform the instructor, if you are with us for the first time or if there is a need, so that he would pay attention to anything during the activities. This will help us take care of your safety and comfort even better.
If you have any questions or comments after the end of the training, be sure to ask for the REMARKS FORM at the reception. Your opinion is IMPORTANT to us, so any of your comments will be very valuable to us.
